Spring Village at Dover (in collaboration with WoodBine Senior Living)
Dover, New Hampshire
Spring Village at Dover is an assisted living community specializing in memory care. Similar in design to the Spring Village at Essex project, Black River Design worked closely with the developer/contractor and operator teams to modify the plan to align with State of New Hampshire building and licensing codes. The project is part of a commercial and residential planned neighborhood.
