Ledge House Pomfret
An antique 18th century cape cottage required extensive renovations and additions for its new owners. Mechanical, electrical and energy performance upgrades were carefully concealed and integrated to preserve original and restored finishes and carpentry. New bookcases and cabinetry were carefully designed to house the owners’ collections of books and antiques. Outside, landscape alterations created a more inviting arrival sequence and forged connections to a new guest house and a new pool house.
