As the first New England Subaru dealership in over twenty years, Haddad Subaru reflects a new design approach aimed at enhancing the customer experience. In the showroom, large expanses of glazing bring natural light into a space offering a choice of small group seating areas with hospitality grade furniture, a fireplace and coffee bar. Translucent panels help define the sales space, making it feel open yet intimate. On the service side, an indoor vehicle drop-off provides a four season welcome for customers while technicians work in a well-lit, easily cleanable 14 bay service area. The new facility also provides employee amenities include a lounge, locker rooms, offices, and conference room. The project resulted in a more efficient use of space that upgrades the front and back of house to create a unified and team-oriented atmosphere.
