The sustainable design for this administrative headquarters incorporated modular pre-fabrication for economy. Generously daylit interiors are energy efficiency and create a good work environment. Two layers of continuous rigid insulation surround the entire building envelope. The building systems incorporate heat recovery ventilation, passive solar heating, and geothermal cooling.
